• I will let you know the availability of the item(s), place it on reserve for you, and calculate how much the shipping will be.
• Once you have confirmed your order it will remain on reserve for 30 days pending the arrival of your payment. Extensions are given upon request.
• Once I am in receipt your payment I email you notification and mail out your order.

• Rush Orders - At the present time I cannot do rush orders (as in "it had to be there yesterday").

• Please contact me first before mailing in your return.
• The items must be returned in the SAME CONDITION they are shipped in, and within 15 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIPT. If the magazine has been altered in any way no refund will be issued. So please use care in packing the item to be returned. If you need instructions on this please ask me.
• Postage costs on returning items are the responsibility of the client and the shipping costs of the original order are NON-REFUNDABLE.
